HOW TO MAKE OMURICE,...
japanese omurice ingredents
-2 cups cooked white rice
-1 small carrot
-1/2 white onion
-1/4 green capsicum
-1/4lb ground beef
-3tblspn veg oil
-4 eggs
-2tpsn milk
-1/2 tsp. salt
omurice sauce
-2 tbsp. butter
-2 tbsp. flour
-1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-2 tbsp. ketchup
-2 tbsp. oyster sauce
-1tblspon honey
-1/2 cups beef broth
1 step: chopped carrot,capsicum,onion in medium size
2 step: turn on the gas burner and take a pan on it and heat for a while and put butter on it and stair until it melt.
3 step: and after butter melt put flour on it and now stair until it become brown and now put1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. ketchup,2 tbsp. oyster sauce,1tblspon honey and stair well and atlast put 1/2 cups beef broth and stair well until it become thick now omurice sauce is ready. and pour in a bowl.
4 step: take a pan and put 3tblspn veg oil and heat it then put 1/4lb ground beef and stair well until it cooked and put chopped carrot,capsicum,onion in it,and stir well till half cooked and put rice on it
and put ketchup and omurice sauce.and mixed it properly and put it into the small bowl and fliped into the plate.
5 step: cracked the eggs on bowl and add some salt and milk and mixed it well.now take nonstick pan and preheat ..and add some oil on it.and put all egg mixture on it and stair egg quickley on pan till the plup comes on it in low flame.now rolled the egg in top of the pan in low flame and carefully flip the omlatte ..now serve the omlatte in top of the plate rice and and pour some omurice sauce on it.. and enjoy delicious omurice ..
