Restaurant style dragon chicken


HOW TO MAKE DRAGON CHICKEN
Ingredients:
300gm jullien cut chicken

1beaten egg

3tblspoon maida or flour

3tblspn cornflour

1/2 tspn salt


1/2tspn sugar
1cup ketchup

10pcs cashunut

100gm butter



10grm chilli flakes

1tspn vinegar

10 grms spring onion

5 cloves chopped garlic

Oil for fry

Sesame seed 1/2tspn








Process of making:
First: put jullien cut chicken in a bowl and add flour and cornflour on it and add beaten egg and salt,light water and make a deep oil fry untill chicken becom brown and make aside in bowl.

Second:add butter on pan and preheat after butter melt add cashunut and chopped garlic and satue till brown now add ketchup on it and add salt,sugar,chilly flakes, vinegar,and saute now add fry chicken it it and saute till well mixed and last put some spring onion and sesame seed on top now your dragon chicken is ready to serve..now put dragon chicken on plate and enjoy you meal...
