HOW TO MAKE DRAGON CHICKEN Ingredients: 300gm jullien cut chicken 1beaten egg 3tblspoon maida or flour 3tblspn cornflour 1/2 tspn salt 1/2tspn sugar 1cup ketchup 10pcs cashunut 100gm butter 10grm chilli flakes 1tspn vinegar 10 grms spring onion 5 cloves chopped garlic Oil for fry Sesame seed 1/2tspn Process of making: First:  put jullien cut chicken in a bowl and add flour and cornflour on it and add beaten egg and salt,light water and make a deep oil fry untill chicken becom brown and make aside in bowl.
